Welcome to the Aldridge Parish Church Prayer email/news
chain and weekly notice sheet listing.
The prayer
chain was initially started as a much speedier way of bringing before
our church family prayer
needs as
they occurred. This then spread to
include items of church family news that concern us all.
It's also a means of getting our
weekly notice sheet out to our
church family by email to save paper and the planet!.
If you want your name to be on the list just send a mail to
and your name will be added to the 280+ names listed at present.
(Many of these email addresses are for married couples, and so we are
reaching far more individuals than this number.) |
If you have a prayer request for someone, please get their permission to pray for them before submitting
the request to the prayer chain.
Also can you be careful about the
information shared on your requests as we are not going to pass on any
negative comments about people
or situations or institutions – we do
not want to get in trouble – we just want to pray!
As a Bible believing church family, we know that prayer
really does change things and the more prayers that are
offered to
God
will bring answers,
and great comfort to those whom we are
praying for.
Your email address will stay on for as long as you want it to. If
you want it removed during holiday periods, then that can be
accommodated.
If you want it removed altogether then that's not a problem, simply send
a mail into the prayer chain with 'unsubscribe' in the heading.
