Can anyone help out?

We need:
a couple of sound technicians for each night.
home-made cakes to sell each night during the interval,
(all proceeds to Paraguay and Bulgaria funds.)

volunteers to man the refreshment tables each night.
coffee & tea makers during the interval.

stewards to welcome at the door & direct people to seats; show where toilets are etc.

donation collectors on door and during interval when refreshments will be on sale.
scenery changers—will involve use of computer.

props: 2 junior/children’s small wheel
