Dear Friends,
It's been an exciting & busy month with Ordination services both in the
city and in the Chaco.
We thank God for Luis, Mario, Patrick, Eduardo, Juan and Robert as
presbyters and Romualdo as a deacon.
All have been faithfully serving God for many years and this is an
official recognition and authorization of their ministry.
We ask for your prayers for them and their very supportive families.
The Nominating Committee are still working hard in seeking God's
guidance for the next Diocesan Bishop here.
Given the complex cultural reality in the diocese, we pray for a smooth
transition and continuity,
particularly bearing in mind the indigenous congregations.
On a personal note we struggle on to complete our sorting and packing
and have decided we are squirrels as far as
papers and books are concerned- 19 years worth! We are thankful that the
weather is still very changeable,
with some cooler days and nights from time to time to keep us going!
