October 2006

Dear Prayer Partners,
The October Prayer Calendar is attached which runs this time up until the 4th November, due to the fact that Colin Voutt, who sends out the Calendar to those who are without Internet, is visiting us here in Paraguay the last two weeks of October. You will see the emphasis on prayer regarding present and future leadership in the church & we appreciate your interest and support in this.
Also, Samuel Gonzalez, who has been fighting cancer & for whom we have asked prayer in the past, is, despite medical pessimism, in a stable condition and at home with his family.  Please continue to pray for his restoration to health and for his wife Sara & the family - Mauricio, Cecilia and Jasmin. We pray, as one elderly optician in Ireland prayed for him - " that the beams of God's light that are more powerful than any injection, may burn out and heal whateverneeds to eradicated".
With our love in the Lord,
John and Judie.
