Harvest 24 Hour Prayer - 23/4th September 2005 & Harvest Sunday Morning All Age Service

We held a special day of prayer in the church for 24 hours. Many came and prayed and below are some pictures of the five prayer stations that were set up in the main church building. Our harvest sunday service was on 25th September and further below are some pictures and details of this time together.
Grateful thanks to all those who prepared the church so brilliantly for this event.
God is good and it was great to give Him praise & thanks for all His provision to us.

On Sunday 25th September we had our harvest service. It was a lovely all age service and the church was packed. It was also the last of our 10.30am services as we are starting two morning services next week (2nd October) 9.30am and 11.15am details on this website.
During the service Richard spoke clearly to us about our giving and the worrying state our church finances at the moment. A special letter he has written to us was given out at the end of the service.
We also prayed in the service for Gillian Winser going out short term to Bulgaria and Gemma Russell going out short term to the Hope Foster Home in China.
After the service we enjoyed a fish/chicken and chips harvest lunch and over 140 meals were cooked. Richard promised us they would be good...and they were!Below are some random images of this special morning and a big thank you for all those who made this day so special.
