The ACJFC has again entered 2 teams in the West Bromwich Junior Church Football League
(BCFA affiliated) for the forthcoming season 2008/2009.

Under 10 team (school years 4 & 5)
Under 12 team (school years 6 & 7)

Matches are played on Saturday mornings at the Holly Lodge School, Holly Lane, Smethwick, B67 7JG,
Training is held on Saturday mornings where no games are scheduled at the Cooper Jordan school field

"Congratulations to the Aldridge Churches JFC Under 10 team on winning the
 West Bromwich Junior Church Football League Cup.

Played at Cradley Town FC on Friday 11th April, the team showed true spirit by storming back f
rom a two goal deficit to eventually beat Smethwick United Academy 4-2. 

Two goals from Joe Carter, a Daniel Stanford free kick and a shot by Jack Heaven helped on by
Chris Jones sealed an excellent victory, just reward for 2 years hard work by all the team.

The club plan to enter an Under 10 team (school years 4 & 5 from Sept 2008) and an Under 12  team (school years 6 & 7 from Sept 2008) in the West Bromwich Junior Church Football League for the season 2008/2009.
