Shallowford House

The Lichfield Diocesan Retreat and Conference Centre at Shallowford seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to expand the current use of its facilities. The appointee will devise and implement a strategic plan, supported by the Warden. The successful applicant would be a mature Christian, following their vocation, with a strong business/management experience with perhaps a good knowledge of marketing. There is the availability of a modern house within the grounds of Shallowford House.
