On Good Friday 10th April 2009, the Aldridge Churches got together on
the Croft, for the annual 'Walk of Witness'

This was to go out into our community and remember the suffering and
sacrifice of Christ and how He turned sadness into joy.

It was lovely to be together, and the rain held off for most of the walk,
and the gathering in the Precinct, where Easter Bible stories were
 read and we watched two short movie clips.

We then sang 'When I survey the wondrous cross', before the group moved
back onto the Croft and then into church for hot cross buns and coffee!
