Many of us will remember the visit we had last summer of a lovely group from Malaysia. They were a joy to have stay with us in the parish,
and some of us keep in touch by email, and some of them are on our prayer chain so they can keep in touch with the news in Aldridge.



We've just had a mail from Daniel Chai (the guy on the left) attaching some pictures of his wife and new baby.

Greetings from Malaysia. How are you all doing? Trust that the Lord is
keeping you all well. I've been following news via your prayer e-mail
chain. It's nice to know a little about what's going on in Aldridge.

On my side, I'm doing well. Learning and coping with fatherhood. Yes,
I'm now a father of a son. Nathan Chai, born last month, May 3.
Together with my wife, Eunice, we praise and thank God for his grace
and faithfulness in seeing us through the pregnancy and delivery
safely.

I had wanted to send some pictures earlier but the one person who took
nice pictures of us together had to travel on assignment and could not
send them to me in time. Anyway, I've attached a few taken recently,
two of which were taken yesterday during Nathan's baptism. The last
picture is of us together with our parents. It's the first grandchild
for both sides, hence the nice smiles.
