On Sunday 15th July 2007 during our morning service, we said a final farewell to Mike and Ruth Jones, with their children
Alexandra & Christopher. Mike has been our curate for the last three years and we are deeply indebted to him and Ruth for all
they have brought to our parish. Their experience and gifts have enriched us so much and we are going to miss them terribly.
Mike has been appointed Vicar of two churches at Lilleshall and Muxton in Shropshire.
Below are a few pictures of this special day, and we wish this lovely family our sincere love and prayers as they take on this new role. Please can we ask that we all pray for them? Pray that the children will settle into their new schools and make new friends quickly,
and for guidance and discernment for Mike and Ruth as they face the challenges ahead.
