West Bromwich Junior Church Football League (BCFA affiliated) for the forthcoming season 2006/2007.
New members are welcome for both teams:
Under 10 team (date of birth 01/09/96 to 31/08/98)
Under 12 team (date of birth 01/09/94 to 31/08/96)
Matches will be on Saturday mornings at the Holly Lodge School, Holly Lane, Smethwick, B67 7JG, commencing
23 Sept 2006. Fixtures & training information will follow.
Additional adult support (CRB checked) most welcome.

Aldridge Churches JFC - Match Report
First
league matches in the West Bromwich Junior Church Football League,
Sept 23 2006.
The Under 10's got off to a good start holding their own in an
evenly balanced first half against Singh Sahba Under 10's.
After missed chances at both ends, George Wyton took his chance well
to give Aldridge the lead.
The first half ended one all when Singh Sahba equalised shortly
before the break.
During the second half Aldridge had to soak up a lot of pressure
from the opposition and conceded two goals to go down 3-1.
The Under 12's had a tougher league debut losing 12-0 to a well
organised Singh Sahba Under 12 team.
Both Aldridge Churches teams did themselves proud for their first
competitive league games and can look to build on solid performances
against strong opposition.
